NOTE: If no information is received, Exhibitor Passes will be issued with your Promotional Company Name only.

ADDITIONAL EXHIBITOR PASSES:

These passes can be purchased in addition to your allocation. To have these passes personalised names must be supplied when purchasing these passes, and they will be produced showing the pass holders name and your promotional name, provided this form is received by 21 April 2023. These passes must be retained and worn whilst at the show.

ADDITIONAL DAY PASSES

These passes must be surrendered at the public gate. They will allow single day entry on any day only and do not include car parking or entry into the Gate Prize promotion

1. Lost, mislaid or additional passes will not be re-allocated free of charge. Please ensure passes are carefully distributed to your staff and contractors.

2. The passes will be on a track and trace system and will not be sent out until accounts are paid in full.

3. Additions or changes to your request for passes must be emailed to New Zealand Boat Show – admin@boatshow.co.nz – PRIOR TO 21 April 2023.

4. Late orders for passes WILL NOT be sent out after 5 May 2022. Late orders and outstanding passes can be collected from the Show Information Office.
