Simply purchase your tickets to The Hutchwilco New Zealand Boat Show, attend the show and scan your registered ticket at all 6 scan points. That’s it. You’ll then need to answer your phone if it calls when the prize is drawn live. Full details and terms and conditions can be found here. 

Following the live prize draw between 5pm – 5:30pm on Sunday 19 May 2024, winners will be listed on this website.
The live Grand Prize draw will also be streamed live on our Facebook page: Boat Show New Zealand.
Competitions run by exhibitors will be drawn and announced by them. The Hutchwilco New Zealand Boat Show takes no responsibility for exhibitor promotions.

Yes, there’s loads of options! We have food trucks to suit all tastes and the Boat Show Bar for a beverage or two.

Yes, you can bring your own food and non-alcoholic beverages to the show. 

Yes, there is an ATM machine onsite for cash withdrawals – note a transaction fee will apply. 

Most exhibitors have EFTPOS/credit card payment facilities at their stands.

Ticketing

Tickets purchased online before 16 May 2024 are $25 each (plus service fees) AND you are eligible for a bonus entry into the Grand Prize draw. Tickets purchased online on and after the 16th of May or at the gate are $30 each (plus service fees if purchased online).

Yes! Kids 16 and under are free to attend and don’t require a ticket. 

All tickets will be sent to the ticket purchaser. You can then forward these tickets onto your friends and family to pre-register online or register on the iPads at the show. Tickets can be given to someone else, and re-reigsted onsite.

Simply follow the online link and complete your details or input your details on the iPads at the show.

Yes, absolutely. However, we recommend purchasing your tickets online ahead of the show to be eligible for an additional entry into the Grand Prize draw and take advantage of discounted ticketing prices. Please note: Gate sales are card sales only, no cash. 

Simply download the ticket from the email and have on your mobile device ready for scanning at the show. 

No, tickets can be scanned from smartphones. If you don’t have a smartphone, you can either print your ticket at home, or visit the ticket information counter at the front gates; our staff can look up your ticket. We recommend you arrive after 10:30 am to avoid the initial rush. 

No, all tickets purchased are valid for one day only. Please check your ticket for further details.

Your ticket includes: entry to the show, access to free demonstrations, a complimentary show guide and the opportunity to sample and purchase a wide range of products on offer.

Accessibility and PaRking

There are a number of ways to get to the Auckland Showgrounds using public transport and ride share services.

The nearest parking options for the Auckland Showgrounds are: 

Limited free parking:
 On Puriri Drive and the surrounding area.
 

Paid parking: 
Alexandra Park Trotting Club: Use Gate B on Green Lane West or Campbell Crescent for entry. If you’re coming from the Southern Motorway (SH1), take the offramp at Market Rd, follow Market Rd, and turn left onto Campbell Crescent to find the parking area. 

Cornwall Cricket Club:
 Located east of the Greenlane Clinical Centre and right across from the Boat Show entrance on Green Lane West.
