All prices are in New Zealand Dollars and are inclusive of any Goods and Services Tax (“GST”) . Online E-Ticket sales will cease when the allocation of tickets is sold or at a time otherwise specified. Tickets are not transferable.

All payments are processed via Windcave’s (windcave.com) secure payments system to ensure high levels of payment security and are subject to Windcave’s terms and conditions.

REFUND POLICY
NZBS wish to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase – so please make your purchase wisely. We do not refund, exchange or substitute tickets after purchase. If you have misplaced your online ticket, we can resend your tickets to your email address. We cannot replace physical tickets that may have been stolen, lost or destroyed, except as otherwise provided for herein. Please treat your physical tickets like cash as we cannot replace lost tickets. If you feel the circumstances are exceptional please contact us.
CHANGING YOUR ORDER
You won’t be able to change or cancel your order once the order has entered the payment process. There is a no cancellation policy.
ONLINE E-TICKETS
Once you have completed your order and payment of your online tickets, you’ll be sent your tickets via the email address provided. Please make sure the email address is accurate. You will need to either print the PDF E-Ticket/s and bring with you to the show, or, ensure you can display the QR code E-Ticket/s PDF on a ‘smartphone’ or mobile device to be scanned at the event. If using a smart phone please turn up the brightness on your screen prior to entry.
It is absolutely fine to separate tickets from the original ticket PDF if people using the tickets wish to arrive at different times, please just ensure that you have one ticket and QR code per person.
